73 Relevant building surveyor to give copies of documents to council S. 73(1) amended by Nos 33/2010 s. 15, 21/2017 s. 17(1). (1) The relevant building surveyor, within 7 days after issuing any occupancy permit or temporary approval or amending any permit or approval under this Part, must give to the relevant council a copy of that permit or approval or amendment and any plans and other documents lodged with the application for the permit or approval or amendment. S. 73(1A) inserted by No. 34/1997 s. 9(1), amended by Nos 33/2010 s. 15, 21/2017 s. 17(1). (1A) In addition to the requirements of subsection (1), the relevant building surveyor, within the relevant prescribed time, must give to the relevant council a copy of any other prescribed documents relating to the application for the occupancy permit or temporary approval or the permit or approval. S. 73(2) inserted by No. 71/1995 s. 6(b), amended by No. 34/1997 s. 9(2). (2) Any documents lodged with the relevant council under subsection (1) or (1A) must be accompanied by the appropriate prescribed lodgement fee (if any) paid to the relevant building surveyor under clause 1 of Schedule 2.
