41B Approval of building manual (1) The relevant building surveyor may approve a draft building manual accompanying an application for an occupancy permit if the relevant building surveyor is satisfied that the draft building manual meets all the requirements prescribed in the regulations for preparation of the draft building manual. (2) On approving a draft building manual under subsection (1), the relevant building surveyor must record the approval in the approved building manual. (3) The relevant building surveyor must give a copy of an approved building manual to the applicant for the occupancy permit at the same time at which the relevant building surveyor issues the occupancy permit to the applicant. (4) If the applicant for the occupancy permit is not the owner of the building to which the approved building manual relates, the applicant must give the copy of the approved building manual to that owner. 42 Schedule 2 to apply Schedule 2 applies in relation to an application for an occupancy permit under this Division. 43 Decision on application for occupancy permit (1) The relevant building surveyor must decide an application for an occupancy permit under this Division by— (2) The regulations may prescribe a time within which the relevant building surveyor must decide an application for an occupancy permit.
