315 Future terms and conditions Nothing in this Division prevents— (a) any of the terms and conditions of engagement of a transferred officer or employee from being altered by or under any law, award or agreement with effect from any time after the commencement date; or (b) a transferred officer or employee from resigning or being dismissed at any time after the commencement date in accordance with the terms and conditions of their engagement by the Authority.
