304 Transfer subject to encumbrances On the commencement date— (a) the property and rights that vest in the Authority under this Division are subject to any encumbrances to which they were subject immediately before so vesting; and (b) the rights to which the VMIA was entitled in respect of liabilities that become liabilities of the Authority under this Division immediately before they ceased to be liabilities of the VMIA vest in the Authority.
