270 Transitional—building surveyors On the commencement of section 5(2) of the **Building Amendment Act 2008**, any person who was registered under this Act as a building surveyor immediately before that commencement is taken to be registered as a building surveyor (unlimited). S. 271 inserted by No. 9/2012 s. 5.
