243 Offences by bodies corporate If a body corporate is guilty of an offence against this Act or the regulations or section 43B(1) or (2) of the **Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995**, any person who is concerned in or takes part in the management of the body corporate who was in any way, by act or omission, directly or indirectly knowingly concerned in or party to the commission of the offence is also guilty of that offence. S. 243A inserted by No. 21/2017 s. 16.
