23A Offences relating to the issue of a building permit (1) The relevant building surveyor must not issue a building permit unless the Authority has issued a building permit number for that building permit. (2) The relevant building surveyor must not issue a building permit unless the permit specifies— (a) the building permit number issued by the Authority for that building permit; and (b) any other information required by the regulations to be specified in the building permit. 50 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate.
