234D Register of undertakings (1) The Authority must— (a) maintain a register of undertakings; and (b) register each undertaking given under section 234B in the register of undertakings. (2) The register of undertakings must include the following— (a) the name and address of the person who gave the undertaking; (b) the date of the undertaking; (c) a copy of the undertaking. (3) The register of undertakings may be inspected by any person at any reasonable time, without charge. Pt 13 Div. 2A Subdiv. 2 (Heading and ss 234E–234J) inserted by No. 21/2017 s. 48. Subdivision 2—Injunctions S. 234DA inserted by No. 4/2024 s. 13. 234DA Interpretation (a) a reference to "a contravention of a provision of this Act or of the regulations" is taken to be a reference to "a contravention of a provision of this Act or of the regulations or of section 43B(1) or (2) of the **Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995**" if the Authority has applied to the court for an injunction; and (b) a reference to "an offence under this Act or the regulations" is taken to be a reference to "an offence under this Act or the regulations or section 43B(1) or (2) of the **Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995**" if the Authority has applied to the court for an injunction.
