229 Powers of authorised person to require information when exercising power of entry An authorised person who exercises a power of entry of a building or land under Subdivision 5 may, to the extent that it is reasonably necessary to determine compliance with this Act or the regulations, require a person at the building or land— (a) to give information to the authorised person, orally or in writing; and (b) to give reasonable assistance to the authorised person.
