228R Copy of warrant to be given to occupier If the occupier or another person who apparently represents the occupier is present at a building or land when a warrant issued under section 228K(2) or 228M(2) is being executed, the authorised person must— (a) produce the authorised person's identity card for inspection by that person; and (b) give to that person a copy of the execution copy of the warrant.
