226 Minister may seek administrative order If a council has failed to carry out or cause the carrying out of a function in accordance with an order under section 222 or 223, the Minister has sufficient standing to maintain proceedings for an order in the nature of mandamus or for an order for review under the **Administrative Law Act 1978** to enforce the carrying out of that function by the council or the municipal building surveyor (as the case requires).
