221C Meaning of *plumbing work* S. 221C(1) amended by No. 36/2008 s. 15(a). (1) In this Part, ***plumbing work*** means any plumbing work that the regulations state is work to which this Part applies. S. 221C(2) amended by No. 36/2008 s. 15(b). (2) Any reference to plumbing work in this Part is to be read as if it included a reference to gasfitting and draining work, unless a contrary intention appears or the context otherwise requires. (3) In all Divisions other than Divisions 2 and 3, a reference to plumbing work includes a reference to specialised plumbing work, unless a contrary intention appears or the context otherwise requires.
