205R Minister's guidelines apply to applications to Authority If an application is made to the Authority under this Act for a permit or a temporary approval or an amendment to a permit or approval, section 66 or clause 1 of Schedule 2 (as the case requires) applies as if a reference in that section or clause to the **Local Government Act 2020** were a reference to guidelines under section 188 of this Act.
