205J Offence for person not to remit levy to Authority (1) A person who receives an amount of money on account of the building permit levy must remit that amount of money to the Authority within the prescribed period after receiving that money. S. 205K inserted by No. 34/2013 s. 4, substituted by No. 21/2017 s. 69.
