187Y Notice of decisions (1) The Authority must give notice of a decision under this Division in relation to a licensed building employee to any person who made a complaint to the Authority about the matter to which the decision relates. (2) If the Authority is aware that a licensed building employee is employed by a particular person, the Authority must cause notice of any decision concerning the employee made under this Division to be given to that employer without delay after the decision takes effect.
