187V Ending show cause process without further action If the Authority no longer believes a ground exists to take disciplinary action against the licensed building employee, the Authority— (a) must take no further action about the show cause notice; and (b) must, as soon as practicable after making its decision, give notice to the licensed building employee that no further action will be taken about the show cause notice.
