187P Meaning of *disciplinary action* In this Division, ***disciplinary action*** in relation to a licensed building employee means one or more of the following— (a) a reprimand or a warning given to the licensed building employee; (b) the imposition of a penalty of not more than 10 penalty units unless— (i) a charge has been filed in the Magistrates' Court in relation to the matter; or (c) a requirement for the licensed building employee to successfully complete a specified course of training within a specified period; (d) the variation of a condition (other than a prescribed condition), or the imposition of a condition, on the licence; (e) the suspension of the licence for not more than 3 years; (f) the cancellation of the licence.
