187IPeriod of licence granted under this Part

187I Period of licence granted under this Part (1) A licence granted under section 187F lasts until cancelled under this Part. (2) A provisional licence lasts for a period of 5 years. (3) Subsection (1) and (2) do not take away from any provision about the suspension or cancellation of a licence. S. 187I(4) inserted by No. 40/2021 s. 37.
