187 Proceedings and decision (1) After hearing the matter, VCAT may— (a) affirm the review decision or reviewable decision; or (b) amend the review decision or reviewable decision; or (c) substitute another decision for the review decision or reviewable decision. (1A) In considering an application for review of a reviewable decision or review decision imposed for a failure to comply with a dispute resolution order, VCAT may have regard to the matters set out in section 185B(1A). (2) Subject to subsection (3), an application for review stays the operation of the decision.
