182C Ending show cause process without further action If the Authority no longer believes a ground exists to take disciplinary action against the registered building practitioner, the Authority— (a) must take no further action about the show cause notice; and (b) must revoke any suspension under section 180A(1) that relates to the matter that is the subject of the show cause notice; and (c) must, as soon as practicable after making its decision, give notice to the registered building practitioner that no further action will be taken about the show cause notice.
