182ARepresentations about show cause notice

182A Representations about show cause notice (1) The registered building practitioner may— (a) make written representations about the show cause notice to the Authority within the show cause period; or (b) make oral representations about the show cause notice to the Authority at the time within the show cause period, and at the place, agreed by the Authority and the registered building practitioner. (2) The Authority must keep a record of oral representations made to it under subsection (1)(b). S. 182B inserted by No. 15/2016 s. 25.
