176 Certificate of registration to be returned to Authority (1) The Authority may ask a person who holds a registration under this Division for the return of the certificate of registration— (a) for the purpose of altering the details on the certificate of registration; or (b) if the registration is suspended or cancelled; or (c) for any purpose authorised by this Act or the regulations. (2) A person who holds a registration under this Division must return the certificate of registration to the Authority as soon as is practicable after being asked to do so by the Authority under subsection (1).
