170B Authority may conduct inquiries and require further information (1) In considering an application for a registration, the Authority may— (a) conduct any inquiries in relation to the application that it thinks fit; and (2) The Authority may refuse an application for registration if the applicant fails to comply with a requirement under subsection (1)(b) within a reasonable time after the requirement is made.
