169J Exception for certain organisations (1) Sections 169A to 169F do not apply to— (a) anything done in the course of official duties by— (i) an employee under Part 3 of the **Public Administration Act 2004**; or (ii) an officer or employee of the public service of the Commonwealth or a State or Territory of the Commonwealth other than Victoria; or (iii) an officer or employee of a public authority established under a law of the Commonwealth or a State or Territory of the Commonwealth other than Victoria; or (b) an organisation or a member of staff of an organisation for the time being exempted by the Authority.
