169I Advertisements or written statements by partnerships A registered building practitioner must not carry on business as a building practitioner in partnership with a person who is not a registered building practitioner unless each advertisement or written statement relating to that business— (a) states the name under which the building practitioner is registered; and (b) states the registration number of the registered building practitioner; and (c) complies with the requirements of the regulations.
