13 Effect on local laws S. 13(1) amended by No. 9/2020 s. 390(Sch. 1 item 8.3). (1) A local law made under Division 3 of Part 3 of the **Local Government Act 2020** has no force or effect to the extent that it provides for any matter set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a local law made under the powers conferred by the building regulations.
