115Failure to comply with order by private building surveyor

115 Failure to comply with order by private building surveyor S. 115(1) amended by No. 34/2013 s. 34(Sch. 1 item 12). (1) If a person fails to comply with a building order made by a private building surveyor, the private building surveyor must refer the matter to the Authority and must take no further action in respect of the matter under this Part. (2) A referral under subsection (1) must be made within 14 days after the final date for compliance specified in the order.
