sec.26 Common seal of the board
The common seal of the board must include— the board’s name; and the State’s coat of arms. The common seal may be attached to documents only under the written authority of the chairperson or a resolution of the board. (sec.26-ssec.1) The common seal of the board must include— the board’s name; and the State’s coat of arms.
