sec.19A Returning officer to give notice to eligible veterinary surgeons
As soon as reasonably practicable after the election, the returning officer must— publish a notice, on the board’s website, stating the name of each candidate elected in the election; and give each eligible veterinary surgeon a copy of the notice. s 19A ins 2023 SL No. 167 s 4
