5B Board to declare veterinary service standards
[Section 5B Inserted by No. 49 of 2011, s. 7, Applied:12 Dec 2012]
(1) The Board, by notice, may declare veterinary service standards.
(2) Veterinary service standards may –
(a) [Section 5B Subsection (2) amended by No. 43 of 2015, s. 5, Applied:09 Dec 2015] specify the standards of service that are to be provided by a registered veterinary surgeon or registered veterinary specialist in carrying on the practice of veterinary science; and
(b) [Section 5B Subsection (2) amended by No. 43 of 2015, s. 5, Applied:09 Dec 2015] specify the rules of conduct that are to be observed by a registered veterinary surgeon or registered veterinary specialist in carrying on the practice of veterinary science.
