57 Fees

(1) All fees payable under this Act are payable to the Board.
(2) All fees payable under this Act may be recovered as debts due to the Board.
(2A) [Section 57 Subsection (2A) inserted by No. 43 of 2015, s. 15, Applied:09 Dec 2015] The Board may waive, wholly or in part, any fee payable under this Act.
(3) [Section 57 Subsection (3) amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019] Despite any other Act, fees paid to the Board under this Act are not required to be paid into the Public Account.
(4) The provisions of section 47(3) , (3A) , (4) , (5) , (6) and (7) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1931 apply to an approval by the Board of fees payable under this Act.
