43 Complaints against persons formerly registered under this Act

(1)  [Section 43 Subsection (1) substituted by No. 49 of 2011, s. 35, Applied:12 Dec 2012] A complaint may be made to the Board by any person that a person who was formerly a registered veterinary surgeon or registered veterinary specialist had, during the period of 3 years immediately before the making of the complaint, as a person so registered been guilty in this State of misconduct in a professional respect.

(2)  A complaint made under subsection (1) shall be made in the same manner as that provided for a complaint under section 42 .
