29 List of veterinary services entities

(1)  [Section 29 Subsection (1) amended by No. 49 of 2011, s. 26, Applied:12 Dec 2012] [Section 29 Subsection (1) amended by No. 14 of 2002, s. 11, Applied:01 Sep 2002] The Board shall keep a list of veterinary service entities in respect of which it has received notification in accordance with section 26 .

(2)  The list shall be in the form prescribed in the regulations or in such other form as the Board determines.

(3)  [Section 29 Subsection (3) amended by No. 14 of 2002, s. 11, Applied:01 Sep 2002] Where the Board receives notification in accordance with section 26 , the Board shall cause to be entered in the list –

(a) [Section 29 Subsection (3) amended by No. 14 of 2002, s. 11, Applied:01 Sep 2002] [Section 29 Subsection (3) amended by No. 49 of 2011, s. 26, Applied:12 Dec 2012] the name of the veterinary services entity to which the notification relates; and

(b) particulars of the following matters:

(i) [Section 29 Subsection (3) amended by No. 49 of 2011, s. 26, Applied:12 Dec 2012] the registered office of the company within Tasmania or, in the case of a partnership, the office of the partnership at which notices may be served on the partnership;

(ii) [Section 29 Subsection (3) amended by No. 49 of 2011, s. 26, Applied:12 Dec 2012] the place or places where the company or partnership proposes to carry on business;

(iii) [Section 29 Subsection (3) amended by No. 49 of 2011, s. 26, Applied:12 Dec 2012] the names and addresses of the members and officers of the company or the partners in the partnership;
