sec.6 Chairperson is executive officer of board
The chairperson is the executive officer of the board. Every appointment, and every order, notice, certificate, or other document of the board relating to the execution of this Act is sufficiently authenticated if signed by the chairperson or any 2 members of the board. s 6 amd 2001 No. 63 s 58 sch (sec.6-ssec.1) The chairperson is the executive officer of the board.
