sec.4C Membership
The board consists of the following members— a senior officer of the department nominated by the Minister; 2 persons elected under section 8 ; 3 other persons nominated by the Minister. Each member mentioned in subsection (1) (a) or (b) , and 2 of the members mentioned in subsection (1) (c) , must be eligible veterinary surgeons. Each member is to be appointed by the Governor in Council. s 4C ins 2001 No. 63 s 38 amd 2013 No. 41 s 80 (sec.4C-ssec.1) The board consists of the following members— a senior officer of the department nominated by the Minister; 2 persons elected under section 8 ; 3 other persons nominated by the Minister. (sec.4C-ssec.2) Each member mentioned in subsection (1) (a) or (b) , and 2 of the members mentioned in subsection (1) (c) , must be eligible veterinary surgeons. (sec.4C-ssec.3) Each member is to be appointed by the Governor in Council.
