sec.35 Penalties
All penalties and fees imposed by or pursuant to this Act may be recovered in a summary way by complaint under the Justices Act 1886 . Every person guilty of any breach or contravention of this Act for which no other penalty is provided shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding 10 penalty units. Any proceedings under this Act may be instituted within 12 months after the offence is committed, or within 12 months after the discovery of the offence, whichever is the later period. s 35 amd 1973 No. 86 s 28 ; 1986 No. 6 s 40 ; 1990 No. 65 s 23 ; 1995 No. 58 s 4 sch 1 (sec.35-ssec.1) All penalties and fees imposed by or pursuant to this Act may be recovered in a summary way by complaint under the Justices Act 1886 .
