sec.33A Reports

The board shall prepare a written report in relation to all matters dealt with by it under section 22A . The report shall be lodged with the registrar of the board. Unless otherwise authorised by the board, a report referred to in subsection (1) shall not be made available to any person other than the Minister or a person acting in aid of the Minister, a member of the tribunal, a member or officer of the board or the person to whom it relates or that person’s solicitor.
