sec.25D Grant of application
If the board decides to grant the application, it must, within 14 days after making the decision, give the applicant— the approval; and if the board decides to impose conditions on the approval, other than a condition mentioned in section 25G (2) —an information notice. s 25D ins 2001 No. 63 s 55
