sec.24 Restoration of name
Where the board removes the name of any person from a register kept pursuant to this Act, the name of that person shall not be again entered on the register except by direction of the board or by order of the tribunal. The board may if it thinks fit in any case restore to a register kept pursuant to this Act any name removed therefrom by order of the tribunal without payment of fee or on payment of such fee, not exceeding the registration fee, as the board may direct. s 24 amd 1973 No. 86 s 19 ; 1986 No. 6 s 29 ; 2009 No. 24 s 845 (sec.24-ssec.1) Where the board removes the name of any person from a register kept pursuant to this Act, the name of that person shall not be again entered on the register except by direction of the board or by order of the tribunal.
