sec.18B Deemed registration as veterinary surgeon
A person who is a veterinary practitioner is taken to be registered as a veterinary surgeon under this Act. The person’s registration as a veterinary surgeon is subject to the same conditions, limitations or restrictions that apply to the person’s registration in another State as a veterinary practitioner. s 18B prev s 18B ins 1990 No. 65 s 10 om 2001 No. 63 s 48 pres s 18B ins 2013 No. 41 s 87 (sec.18B-ssec.1) A person who is a veterinary practitioner is taken to be registered as a veterinary surgeon under this Act. (sec.18B-ssec.2) The person’s registration as a veterinary surgeon is subject to the same conditions, limitations or restrictions that apply to the person’s registration in another State as a veterinary practitioner.
