sec.15A Jurisdiction
The tribunal has jurisdiction— to hear and decide any disciplinary proceedings involving allegations of misconduct in a professional respect referred by the board against any veterinary surgeon; and to hear and decide any application made under section 22C ; and to hear and decide show cause proceedings brought under section 22D . s 15A ins 1986 No. 6 s 12 sub 2009 No. 24 s 834
- (a) to hear and decide any disciplinary proceedings involving allegations of misconduct in a professional respect referred by the board against any veterinary surgeon; and
- (b) to hear and decide any application made under section 22C ; and
- (c) to hear and decide show cause proceedings brought under section 22D .
