3 Definitions
(1) In this Regulation—
code of conduct means the veterinary practitioners code of professional conduct established by clause 13.
horse includes a donkey and a mule.
the Act means the Veterinary Practice Act 2003.
(2) A reference in this Regulation to the Department of Primary Industries is a reference to the Department of Primary Industries within the Department of Trade and Investment, Regional Infrastructure and Services.
(3) Notes included in this Regulation do not form part of this Regulation.
