#### 25 Fees 25 Fees > > (1) The Board is authorised to determine the fees payable for the undertaking of examinations in respect of applications for registration under the Act. > > > (2) The Board is authorised to determine and impose fees and charges for such other services provided by the Board as will assist the Board to operate on a cost-recovery basis, including fees or charges for the carrying out of any inspection for the purposes of the Act (whether or not the inspection is requested or agreed to). > > > (3) The Board may not impose a fee under this clause unless the Minister has agreed to the imposition of the fee. > > > (4) In this clause, inspection includes any hospital inspection or any inspection of the Register.
