40 Meaning of professional misconduct For this Act, professional misconduct means— (a) unsatisfactory professional conduct, or a pattern of unsatisfactory professional conduct, of a sufficiently serious nature to justify the suspension or cancellation of a veterinary practitioner’s registration; or (b) any other conduct prescribed by regulation.
