25 Renewal out of time (1) This section applies if— (a) a person was a registered veterinary practitioner; and (b) the person’s registration as a veterinary practitioner (the previous registration) was not renewed under section 24; and (c) not more than 3 months has passed since the previous registration ended. (2) The person may apply to the board to renew the person’s previous registration by giving the board an application (an out of time application) that includes the same matters as an application under section 24 (2). (3) The board must deal with the out of time application in the same manner as an application made under section 24.
