142 Exemptions from Act (1) The Minister may exempt a veterinary practitioner from a provision of this Act if satisfied that it is in the public interest to do so. (2) An exemption is a disallowable instrument. (3) An exemption must be made in accordance with the guidelines (if any) made under subsection (4). (4) The Minister may make guidelines for the giving of exemptions under subsection (1). (5) A guideline is a disallowable instrument.
