134 Nondisclosure of complaints (1) This section applies in relation to a complaint made about a veterinary practitioner. (2) An information holder must not disclose information to the veterinary practitioner that allows the person who made the complaint (the complainant) to be identified if the information holder has reason to believe that the disclosure would, directly or indirectly— (a) put the health or safety of anyone at risk; or (b) cause anyone to receive a lower standard of service than the person would have received if the complainant had not been identified; or (c) prejudice the management of the complaint or its consideration by the board or the commission.
