101 Reporting on exercise of functions (1) The Minister may, in writing, ask for a written report from the board about the exercise of its functions. (2) The request may be for a general report or a report in relation to stated criteria or a stated matter. (3) The board must provide a report under subsection (2) within the time the Minister reasonably requires.
