“veteran” has the meaning given by section 115A of the Act.

Note: section 115A of the Act provides that for the purposes of Part VIA, “veteran” means:

Note: (a) a person:

Note: (i) who is, because of section 7, taken to have rendered eligible war service; or

Note: (ii) in respect of whom a pension is payable under subsection 13(6); or

Note: (iii) who satisfies subsection 37(3); or

Note: (b) a member of the Forces; or

Note: (c) a member of a Peacekeeping Force.
