Commencement of a vocational rehabilitation program
2.3.1 For the purposes of this Scheme and section 115C of the Act, a veteran is taken to have commenced undertaking a vocational rehabilitation program on the date specified as the commencement date by the Commission in the determination approving the veteran’s participation in an approved program, which must not be a date earlier than the date of the determination.
